You are willing and ready to take a stand for your life, know how you want to feel (fulfilled, empowered, easeful perhaps), but aren’t sure what the journey looks like.
You have probably already done some transformational work that has gotten you further along your path, and you’re ready to go deeper than you can possibly imagine.
You are feeling called to go deeper not because you want to get into a handstand (and if that’s what you’re looking for - I’m all for it!) but because you know this practice is soul healing - you feel and know it intuitively in your body and it’s hard to put into words.
You feel stagnant in some ways (ok - maybe in a lot of ways) - perhaps in work, personal development, or relationships - and you can’t really understand why you’re stuck or why you keep going through the same patterns of behavior.
Your patterns of behavior are an expression of something much deeper. So deep that it’s held in your nervous system and energy body (chakras) as unresolved trauma. When you experience unresolved trauma, these patterns are a reaction to it… Some are inherited from your lineage, culture, and society; and some are a product of what you’ve gone through directly.
Together we'll navigate through the chakra system as a platform for identifying trauma and how it's held in your body. We'll bridge the physical body - from alignment in poses, dis-ease, tension, injuries, etc - and the energy body (chakras) to what you've identified as patterns of behavior from your past experiences.
Through the practice of yoga, meditation, and group processing, you disrupt patterns of behavior in a safe and supportive environment.

Focus on a particular chakra: themes, traumas, patterns of behavior, physical manifestations in your body and life.
Practice chakra centering methods, which include yoga postures/movement, breath-work, meditation, mantra, group processing, ritual, self-inquiry practices, and more!
Go deeper into alignment of the physical body in yoga poses and identify how your body alignment is a physical expression of your life.
At the end, you’ll present your findings in the form of what I like to call “a diagnosis” and “prescribe” yourself self-care practices that support you in feeling more centered and grounded in your body and life.
